The company is engaged in the processing and distribution of meat products. It was incorporated in July 2008. The company has a registered business headquarters located in Guijuelo, Salamanca in Spain. The company is involved in the slaughtering and butchering of livestock animals for the production of various meat products. It processes the cane of the Iberian loin of acorn, one of the noblest parts of the pork, very appreciated for its flavor. These loins are specially selected and submitted to maturation between 90 to 120 days, in special natural dryers. It also supplies the Iberian ham of acorn. Other products include the Iberian palette hams and Iberian sausages.
